Denny Nugroho Sugianto received his Bachelor of Scince degree in Marine Science from the Diponegoro University, Indonesia in 1997. His Master's degree in Oceanography was obtained from Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia in 2001. He received his PhD degree in Coastal Engineering program from the Diponegoro University, Indonesia. He is currently a Professor in Department of Oceanography at the Diponegoro University. His expertise is related to the coastal engineering, modelling and climate change
