Betty Ngui Chiew Pieng

Betty Ngui Chiew Pieng is a Master of Business Administration student of Universiti Tun Abdul Razak, Malaysia. She qualified as a Certified Public Accountant after she passed all the professional examinations of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and completed an articleship with Ernst & Young. She is also a Chartered Accountant and member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and an Associate member of The Chartered Governance Institute. In Ernst & Young, Betty specialized in statutory audits, corporate advisory services and technical staff training. She was the Head of Accounting and Company Secretary for a group of companies involved in transportation, plantations and hospitality. She has also worked as Chief Financial Officer cum Accounting and Finance Lecturer for an institution in Kuala Lumpur. Betty has taught Accounting and Finance subjects for A-Level, diploma and professional levels and she has written two Accounting study manuals for A-Level.
