Fahmida Haque

Fahmida Haque is a graduate student in Coastal and Marine Fisheries at Sylhet Agricultural University, Sylhet. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Fisheries from the same University. She is interested in livelihood and working conditions in small-scale fisheries, mangrove forest conservation, sustainable management of marine resources and climatic hazards. As a co-author, she recently published a chapter on small-scale fisheries of Bangladesh, published by the TBTI Global book series. Her master's research focused on fisherwomen entrepreneurship in the climate–stressed environment of the Bangladesh Sundarbans, which is supervised by Dr. Mohammad Mahmudul Islam.
