ICAR-Central Inland Fisheries Research Institute

India

I hold a Bachelor degree in Fisheries Science from the College of Fisheries, Assam, and Masters in Fisheries Extension from ICAR-CIFE, Mumbai. My background in fisheries science and extension has exposed me to a wide range of social science topics, including socio-economic research, livelihood and security, governance structures, and vulnerability studies. I am particularly interested in exploring the concept of Vulnerability to Viability (V2V) to extend my knowledge in these areas. Currently, I'm working as a research scholar at an ICAR research institute, where we focus on fishers' vulnerability studies. This work connects me to the concept of Vulnerability to Viability (V2V).
