Rosina Amoah Agyapong is a Master's student in the School of Environment, Enterprise and Development (SEED) at the University of Waterloo. Her research focuses on the impacts of climate change in small-scale fishery communities in Africa. She intends to explore the fishing communities’ perspective on building local resilience to climate change vulnerability by critically examining the achievement of viability in small-scale fishery communities of Lake Volta, Ghana. She will be using the I-ADApT case study method to conduct her research. She received her B.Sc. degree in Development Studies from the Valley View University, Accra-Ghana. This gave her an in-depth knowledge of development problems affecting third world countries ranging from social, economic, political, environmental, cultural and technological issues.
