Shelley Sebli

Shelley Sebli is a doctoral student pursuing her PhD in Management program at the Universiti Tun Abdul Razak, Malaysia, under the supervision of Prof. Gazi Nurul Islam. Her research aims to examine environmental sustainability and social equity in small-scale fisheries. She received her Bachelor of Administrative Science (Hons) from Universiti Technologi MARA (UiTM) in 2012 and completed her Master of Business Administration (CMBA) at Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) in 2021. Shelly has 12 years of experience in Malaysia's Oil and Gas industry (PETRONAS). With a passion for driving organizational change and fostering a culture of growth and adaptability, she has dedicated her career to leading and supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of Change Management programs and interventions.
