Victor Kasindi

Victor J. Kasindi is a highly accomplished individual who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology (with First Class Honors) from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Arts degree in Sociology at the same institution. Victor was born in the Western part of Tanzania in September 1998.

Since graduating with his first degree in 2022, Victor has been actively engaged in research activities as a research assistant and data collector. His research interests include themes such as Artisanal Fisheries and Coastal Livelihoods, Fishing and Gender, and Marine Resources Management. In addition to his research work, he has also been involved in various social projects aimed at transforming underdeveloped communities and helping them achieve sustainable livelihoods under the Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) organization among others.
