Yateesh D.C.

Yateesh holds a Master's degree in Fisheries Extension from ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education and is currently a Research Scholar at ICAR-CIFRI under the National Mission for Clean Ganga (NMCG). Their research is focused on building resilient small-scale fishing communities, leveraging indigenous knowledge of fishers, and exploring gender roles within small-scale fisheries. In the current project, Yateesh is dedicated to enhancing the livelihood resilience of fishers dependent on the Ganga.
